Ever want to learn how to make sushi like professional? Come take our sushi class, but learn with fruit instead of fish! We’ll use sweet, seasonal fruits like melons, berries, peaches, and cucumbers. We’ll slice, we’ll dice, and we’ll roll it all up! Don’t forget about the animal of the day: get ready to pet a mysterious aquatic animal. Honey and rice paper may be used as decoration.
